Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision provides a supportive space for you to grow as a practitioner. Using Bernard’s Discrimination Model, I focus on enhancing your skills, conceptualization, and professional self-awareness while tailoring supervision to your developmental needs. With over 15 years of experience supporting youth and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges, I bring a person-centered approach to supervision, drawing on modalities such as Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside my training in various other approaches.
I have been providing supervision to individual clinicians and dyads at the post-master’s level for over five years and view supervision as its own distinct and evolving practice. My supervision is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and curiosity, aiming to build your confidence and clinical judgment while ensuring ethical, effective care for your clients. I continue to engage in supervision of supervision, believing that this is an important learning journey for myself as well.
I am passionate about giving back to the field by offering reduced-fee supervision for practitioners from underprivileged and marginalized communities. Please contact me to discuss fees, as I strive to make supervision accessible for those serving in these areas.
Group supervision is reserved for select invited attendees at this time.
At this time, I am not able to provide field placement supervision for master’s students, as I currently offer this within my full-time employment.
