Relationship and Sex Therapy

Relationship and sex therapy is professional talk therapy to help people develop fulfilling relationships. Have you been experiencing challenges with sex and pleasure, feeling disconnected in your relationship(s)/dating experiences, or struggling to find your way back to sex and connection in your relationship(s)? I work with individuals and couples/polycules to help you grow, repair, or cultivate deeply connected relationships, marriages, and dating experiences.

Common concerns that I can help address include:

  • Have you felt out of sync?

  • Unable to communicate clearly?

  • Has sex become a chore?

  • Are you feeling like you've just gotten too comfortable with your partner(s)?

  • Has sex become the elephant in the room?

  • Frustrated and wanting to try something different but unhappy with what you've tried?

  • Looking to discover your interests and wants in relationships?

  • Couple's desire discrepancies.

  • Sexual pain.

  • Erectile and ejaculation issues.

  • Lack of orgasm.

  • Personal sexual identity development.

I enjoy helping folks learn new ways of communicating, finding new perspectives to barriers and working through individual or relationship struggles. My person-centered approach ensures support tailored to your unique needs.

Sex is an area of life that can both impact and be impacted by everything else in life. Yet we're often not given space or education to understand our sexual lives with very few places and people to turn to for help. I believe that sexual health and relational well-being are at the core of our overall mental health. Our sexual wants, fears and struggles all matter. I want to create space that honours diversity that welcomes people from all cultures, any relationship structure (ethically non-monogamous, monogamous, etc..), kinky or vanilla, LGBTQ+, sex workers. I hope I can help be your guide toward healthy fulfilling relationship(s).
